An order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed on the order once an order has been placed. If you are having issues seeing this email, please email [email protected] with any relevant order information (such as the name and shipping address that the order was placed with) and include the email address that you would like connected to your order, and we will be able to update it for you.
If you received your confirmation email but your order has not yet shipped- please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be packaged up and shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information once it is on the way! If your order has not shipped after 5 business days, please email [email protected] with your order number, and we will be able to further assist.
