DOMESTIC ORDERS--
Please allow 1-3 days after an order has shipped for the tracking information to be properly uploaded onto the carrier's website. If your order has surpassed this timeframe and the tracking still has not updated, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will be able to further assist.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS--
Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking information to update in the USPS system. If your order has surpassed this timeframe and the tracking still says "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item" please email [email protected] with your order number and we will be able to further assist.
Note: We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery.
