1. RETURNS FOR REFUND
Our return window is 45 days (Holiday Special). Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our return label will incur an $8.00 shipping/restocking fee per label. To avoid this fee, check out our store credit or exchange option! Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by our team. Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 7 business days depending on your bank’s clearance times.
2. FREE EXCHANGES
We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns. Store credit and exchanges are allowed up to 45 days after the package is delivered (Holiday Special). All exchanges are shipped with standard UPS ground shipping. Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and we cannot honor a new discount code for exchange requests of different items. Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as store credit. You will receive an email with your new order number when your exchange is processed. Each order may only be exchanged twice. We are unable to cancel exchange orders due to our extremely efficient processing times.
3. STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase. Store credit will be granted once the items are delivered. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be process and for your store credit to be issue to your email. Bonus Credit will be granted for choosing store credit!

A return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by our team upon delivery. For an accepted return, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, or damaged, factory tags attached, with its original packaging, and not marked Final Sale. Items purchased at over a 40% discount are final sale and non-returnable. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
